So-Young is a globally sought after speaker and thought leader from World Economic Forum Davos to Drucker Forum. She is a transformation designer who helps organizations and individuals stay human in an increasingly AI-powered digital world. Her work over the last 25 years focuses on better aligning purpose, values and ethics across business, tech, education and government. She has done this by founding Gnowbe, an AI-powered software platform that humanizes how we train, learn and engage, and Awaken Group, a human-centered transformation design firm that catalyzes growth for value creation.
So-Young is the author of 'Inside Out', global speaker and thought leader where she regularly speaks and writes about tech, values, humanity and the future of human development at places including the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader since 2014, Forbes, Davos, TEDx, Huffington Post, and Drucker Forum. So-Young holds a BA with Honors from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard University.
